What the game sends

The game sends diagnostics only if you agree when it asks. You can turn them off at any time in Settings.

  • After an online match: connection and performance numbers (tick rate, holds, late commands, round-trip time, frame times, desyncs), your hardware and your graphics settings.
  • After a crash or an online match: the game log, with file paths, network addresses and tokens removed.
  • A random install ID, so that reports from the same copy of the game can be grouped. It is created when you turn diagnostics on and deleted when you turn them off.

It never sends account names, passwords, chat or e-mail addresses.

This form sends what you type, the file you attach, and your browser's name and version. Your IP address is not stored with the report.
